Refund & Return Policy

At Atlaire, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 5-Days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@atlaire.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Images (if product is damaged/defective)
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us (or we may arrange pickup, if applicable).

4. Refund Process & Timing

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues (if applicable)
  • Defective or damaged products

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will:

  • Offer a replacement or
  • Provide a full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is defective
    • The wrong item was delivered
  • In eligible cases, we may arrange reverse pickup or reimburse shipping costs.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@atlaire.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please email us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
